At Royal Stationery Mart, we strive to deliver your stationery essentials as quickly and safely as possible. We ship all across Pakistan using reliable courier services.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (Sundays) or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone in such cases.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Major Cities): 3-5 business days.

Other Regions (Remote Areas): 5-7 business days.

Delivery Charges: (Free)

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation message (via SMS or Email) containing your tracking number(s). You can track your parcel on the courier’s official website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Damages

Royal Stationery Mart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damaged items so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for deliveries that are misdirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
