Return & Exchange Policy – Royal Stationery Mart

At Royal Stationery Mart, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging (e.g., pen sets, notebook wrappers, or art kits must be unopened).

• Items like personalized stationery or used art supplies (e.g., opened markers or paints) are not eligible for return.

• You must provide a proof of purchase (Order Number or Invoice).

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [royalstationers.mart@gmail.com] so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, we can process an exchange once we receive and inspect your original item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa or UPaisa (as per your preference) within 1 To 2 business days.

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are Rs 250. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
